AvaBill Work Orders is an automated task management solution that is capable of capturing, updating and tracking the entire process of resolving the services requested(service orders) by your customers.

Each Work order/Service Order can be a single task, or comprise of multiple tasks. Work orders/tasks raised are automatically delegated to the relevant employees or Work groups (Departments or Teams), based on pre-defined rules.
